I was invited — how do I join?

Create an account with the email address the invitation was sent to, and the invitation appears on your first screen. One tap joins your family.

I created a family by mistake instead of joining

Enter your invite code anyway (Today → Join a family). Harbour will offer to replace the family you created on your own.

Can my co-parent see everything I write?

Family records — the schedule, events, requests and their comments, handover lists and notes — are shared with your co-parent by design. Your account details and sign-in are private to you.

How do I cancel Harbour Plus?

Subscriptions are managed by your app store: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Plus until the end of the period you've paid for, and your family's records are never removed.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Account → Delete my account. Your sign-in and personal details are removed immediately; the family's shared records stay with your co-parent, with your name shown as “A parent”. See the privacy policy for details.
